West Texas · AI & automation for people who already have a job to do

Find the 5+ hours a week your business is losing.
Or it's free.

You're not getting paid to stay current on AI tools — but I am. We hop on a call for 45 minutes, you walk me through how your week actually works, and a couple days later I hand you back a map of where the hours are going, what's actually worth fixing, and what each fix saves you per month.

Blueprint in 48 hours · Walkthrough call within 72 · Full refund if I don't find the hours

Sound familiar?

You're writing quotes at 9pm because you're the only one who knows how to price a job. You're answering the same customer question for the tenth time this week. Somebody on your team is re-typing the same numbers from one system into another every single day.

You don't need another app somebody's cousin recommended. You need somebody to sit down, look at the whole picture, and tell you what's actually worth fixing first.

This is a real one

A client who told me he
needed more leads.

Roger runs a manufacturing business. He came to me saying he needed more lead volume — more people in the door. I sat down with him, hit record on a voice memo, and just started asking questions about how things actually worked day to day. No formal structure yet, just digging in.

Wrong problem

He didn't have a volume problem. He had plenty of leads coming in. The real issue was that interested prospects were going quiet before anybody followed up.

Right fix

I built him an AI agent that catches every inbound inquiry the second it lands, qualifies it, and routes it to the right person before a competitor can answer first.

The lesson

What the client asks for and what the client actually needs are usually two different things. That gap is the entire reason to do the walkthrough before building anything.

That was before I had any of this structure in place. I was just a guy with a voice memo asking good questions. Now it's a real process — which means you get to the answer faster, the solution gets built faster, and you start seeing the return sooner.

Proof, not promises

I don't just find the fix.
I build it.

Same person who maps your week builds the systems. These are real builds running in real businesses, not demos.

Working together

Three ways in.

Most people start at the top. After that it forks: I build the thing for you, or I teach you to build it yourself. Both are fine. If you already know exactly what you want, skip the first one.

1

Find out what's worth doing

You're running the place. You know AI could probably help somewhere, but you don't have the time to figure out where. So we get on a call for 45 minutes — you tell me about a normal week, I ask a lot of questions, and I don't recommend anything on the call. I need to actually look at everything before I tell you what to do, otherwise you end up paying for tools that just sit there.

A couple days later you get the blueprint — every repeating task costed in hours and dollars, your most expensive workflow traced step by step, and a ranked list of fixes with what each one saves you per month. It's yours regardless. Use it with me, take it to somebody else, or just do it yourself.

Some of what turns up is a rule, not a judgment call. Those get built.

2

Have me build it

An agent that watches the inbox and routes leads before they go cold. A workflow that kills the double entry. That follow-up sequence nobody has time to run manually. Could be something that came out of the walkthrough, or something you already had in mind before we ever talked.

Flat fee, based on the outcome, not my hours. Before anything starts, we write down exactly what it does and how we'll know it's done. You know the price and the finish line up front, and if it takes me longer than I thought, that's my problem.

Keep it running

If nobody's keeping an eye on what I built, it'll eventually break when something in your business changes. For a monthly fee I keep it running, fix what needs fixing, and send you a report showing how it's doing against the numbers we started with. Optional, cancel whenever.

Or — you'd rather learn to do it yourself.

3

Learn to build it yourself

You figured out how to price a job, hire people, and read a P&L on your own. AI isn't any different — you just need somebody who's already made the mistakes to save you from making them too.

Once a month we sit down — your office, a coffee shop, or a screen share — and work on whatever you're trying to build. Could be for the business, could be a personal project. You do the building, I point you in the right direction. In person around West Texas, or virtual if that's easier. Bring your team if you want.

The guarantee

5+ hours or you pay nothing

If I can't find at least 5 hours a week worth of stuff to fix in your business, I give you your money back. All of it. No catches.

I can say that because in a business doing $500K+ a year, the wasted hours are always there. You just can't see them when you're the one in the middle of it.

Who this is for

Owner-run. $500K–$5M.
Still in the weeds.

If the owner is still doing work that somebody else — or something else — could be handling, this thing pays for itself fast. Rather learn to do it yourself? The monthly sessions are built for that.

FAQ

Is this a sales pitch for AI?

No. The blueprint is yours. It tells you what to fix, in what order, and what needs to happen before you touch any software. Some of it involves AI tools, some of it is just "stop doing this step, it's a waste of time." You can do all of it without ever talking to me again.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can describe your typical Monday, you can do this.

How does flat-fee pricing actually work?

We write down what the thing does and the test it has to pass before I call it done. The price and that definition get locked in before I start. If it takes me longer than expected, I eat that — your price doesn't change.

What if I already know what I want built?

Skip to number two and I'll build it, or number three and I'll teach you how. Either way, tell me what you're thinking and I'll be straight with you about whether it's the right place to start.

What happens to my information?

The call gets recorded with your permission so I can go back through what you actually said instead of working from memory. I use it to build your blueprint and that's it. If there's something you don't want in the report, just tell me. Same deal with the monthly sessions — what you show me stays between us.

Why is it only $599?

Because it's the front door. Some people hire me to build stuff afterward, a lot of people don't, and both are fine. It's priced so that the blueprint alone is worth the money.
