The work

What I build after
the diagnosis.

The walkthrough tells you what to fix and in what order. These are the systems I actually build when a client says "let's go." Running in real businesses, doing real work.

Inbound sales agent · Client build

Inbound Triage Agent

When a lead comes in, whoever answers first usually wins it. I built this for a client who thought he needed more lead volume. Turns out he had plenty of leads — the problem was that interested prospects were going quiet before anybody got back to them. This agent catches every inbound inquiry the second it hits, qualifies it, and routes it to the right person. That project is actually the reason this whole business exists — it taught me that what the client asks for and what they actually need are usually two different things.

  • n8n + LLM agent
  • Instant qualification & routing
  • Real client, in production

Meeting-to-Action Pipeline

Every meeting produces a bunch of decisions and to-dos that end up dying in somebody's notebook. This system watches a shared drive for recordings, transcribes them, and pulls out the actual decisions, who's responsible, and what needs to happen next — then sends it all out and tracks it. 131 nodes, and most of them are the boring stuff that makes it actually reliable: process locking, retry queues, error handling on every step.

  • n8n + speech-to-text + GPT-4o
  • Recording → tracked action items
  • Airtable-tracked, self-healing
Content automation · 122 nodes

Content Autopilot

122 nodes that run a whole content operation from start to finish — researches what's trending, writes the scripts, generates voiceover and avatar video, puts it all together, and publishes to 10 channels on a schedule. Basically does what a part-time marketing person would do, minus the payroll.

  • n8n + ElevenLabs + HeyGen
  • Research → script → video → publish
  • 10 channels, fully scheduled
