Monthly sessions · In person or virtual
Nobody gave you a manual on how to price a job or read a P&L — you just figured it out as you went. AI tools work the same way, you just need somebody who's already been through the learning curve to keep you from wasting time on dead ends. Once a month we sit down with whatever you're working on and build it together.
Once a month · Your projects, not a curriculum · Lubbock & West Texas in person, anywhere on video
You don't need another online course. You've probably started a couple and finished none of them, because they're all teaching some made-up scenario that has nothing to do with your business.
The only way any of this sticks is if you build something you actually need. That's what we do — your project, your business, you doing the work.
No slides, no syllabus, no homework. You bring whatever you're trying to make and we work on it.
First 10 minutes
You tell me what you're trying to build. Half the time, this is where the real value is — I can usually tell you if there's a faster way before you spend a month going the long way around.
The middle
Your keyboard, your accounts, your data. I sit next to you — or on the call — and walk you through it step by step. You do the typing. That's the only way it actually sticks.
When it breaks
It's going to break at some point. That's actually where most of the learning happens. I've already hit these walls, so instead of losing a weekend to it, you lose a few minutes and I tell you exactly what went wrong.
Last 10
One thing to try on your own before we talk again. You'll probably get stuck somewhere — text me or just bring it to the next session and we'll sort it out.
Some people learn better when somebody's right there next to them. Other people don't want to lose an hour driving somewhere. Either way works — just pick whichever one means you'll actually do it.
In person
Lubbock and the surrounding area. Your office, your shop, wherever you actually sit down and work. If you're farther out, just ask — we'll figure something out.
Virtual
Anywhere. You share your screen and I walk you through it. Works about as well as in person for this kind of thing, and it's a lot easier to fit into your week.
Business stuff, mostly. Personal projects are fair game too — if it helps you learn, it counts.
Best thing you can bring is something half-finished. If you started something and got stuck, that's perfect — we get it working and you learn the exact part you were missing.
Month to month. No contract, no minimum term. If it stops being worth it, you stop.
One-on-one
Same time every month, whatever you're working on that week.

You and your people
You plus your office manager, your ops person, whoever on your team is going to actually touch this stuff.

Big group training. Getting 50 people in a room and showing slides doesn't teach anybody anything. The whole point here is that we're working on your actual stuff.
Take over and just do it for you. If you want the thing built and don't care about learning how, that's a different arrangement. In these sessions, you're the one typing. It feels slower at first, but after a couple sessions it's not.
That's what everybody says before the first one. If you can run a business, you can do this. The tools are a lot easier than people think. We start wherever you're at, and I'm not going to pretend you know stuff you don't.
No. The walkthrough is for figuring out what to fix. If you already know what you want to build, just come straight here. A lot of people do both — the walkthrough gives them the list, the sessions help them work through it.
Then I'll build it for you — flat fee, priced by what it does. That's option two on the homepage. Some people want the thing, some want to know how to make the thing. Both are fine.
Yeah. Your numbers, your customers, your half-finished projects — that's all yours. Nothing from our sessions turns into a case study or a post without you saying it's okay. If you want that in writing, just ask and I'll send an NDA.
A few months, usually. Honestly, the goal is for you to not need me anymore. If a year goes by and you're not doing this stuff on your own, something's off and I'd rather tell you that than keep taking your money.
Sure. Sometimes the person who should learn this is your office manager or whoever touches the most systems every day. Just let me know who's coming so I can adjust.
Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. Tell me what you're working on and I'll be straight about whether you actually need me or if I can just point you in the right direction.
