Start here
Two ways to start, depending on what you're after. Want me to find the problems? Book the walkthrough. Want to learn to build stuff yourself? Let's just talk first — nothing to fill out, nothing to pay.
If you own the place
One call, a blueprint a couple days later, and if I can't find 5+ hours worth of fixes, you get your money back. $599, paid when you book.
Pick a time →If you'd rather learn it
Once a month, hands-on, on whatever you're building. In person around West Texas or on video. Starts with a conversation.
Talk to me first →Grab a slot below. You'll get a calendar invite with the video link already in it.
$599 locks in your time. If I don't find the 5 hours, you get it all back.
A short form shows up in your email. Takes about 10 minutes. Keeps our call focused on the stuff that matters.
Forty-five minutes, recorded with your okay. I ask questions, you talk, and I don't tell you what to do until I've had time to actually go through everything.
Calendar not loading? Book directly on Cal.com → or email tanner@degenerateconsulting.com and I'll send times.
Paid when you book. If you hire me to build something within 14 days of the review call, this $599 gets credited toward that — so basically, if you move forward, the walkthrough was free.
You'll get a secure payment link with your booking confirmation.
5+ hours found or full refund · No contract · You keep the blueprint either way
Five days from booking to a blueprint you can actually use. I don't need anything else from you in between.
Right away
You'll get a calendar invite with the video link, the payment link, and a short form. Ten questions about your business — how big it is, what software you use, what takes up most of your week. "I don't know" is actually a useful answer on any of them.
The call · 45 minutes
I'll ask you to walk me through a normal Monday, then I pick the most expensive-looking thing and follow it all the way through — where it starts, who touches it, where it just sits there waiting. I'm not going to recommend anything on the call. If there's anything you don't want in the report, just say so.
Within 48 hours
Every repeating task broken down by hours and dollars, your most expensive workflow mapped out, all the stuff you can't currently track, a ranked list of fixes, the tools I'd actually use with what they cost per month, and the ROI on each one. You get it as a PDF and a live link.
Within 72 hours
We get on a call and go through the whole thing together so you can push back on anything. Then I ask three questions: do you want my help building any of it, which one first, and how soon. "Nah, I'm good" is a totally fine answer — the blueprint is yours either way.
The walkthrough above is for mapping your whole business. The sessions are different — once a month, hands-on, working on whatever you're trying to build. No checkout page for that because it really depends on what you're looking for.
Book the call and let's just talk. I'll ask what you're trying to build, what you've already messed with, and where you're stuck — and I'll tell you straight if the sessions are worth it for you or if you're honestly close enough to figure it out on your own.
In person or virtual, your pick. If you're around Lubbock or West Texas I'll come to you. Otherwise a screen share works just as well.
If you'd rather just email or call me first instead of booking a video call, that's totally fine — just reach out and we'll go from there.

Navy veteran, Texas Tech grad, and I've spent the last decade building revenue systems and AI automation — standing up cloud and AI practices at Oracle, WEKA, and PwC, and starting my own AI company along the way. I know the difference between automation that looks good in a demo and automation that still works six months later when real people are using it.
I came back to West Texas because this is home, and the businesses out here deserve the same quality AI and automation that big companies get — without the big company price tag, and without getting sold a bunch of tools they don't actually need. My job is to tell you what's worth doing, in what order, and build it if you want.
Based in Lubbock. Everything on the work page is mine, start to finish.
